“Raise The Shred 2” is a partnership and collaboration between Waz Ashayer and Warren Whitely

'Raise LDN' and 'Shred With Woz' will be delivering an unparalleled fitness experience in truly unique settings!

The event will be taking place at the famous and iconic Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace, White City, West London.

The workout is for ALL fitness abilities and it will be a mix of functional strength & cardio conditioning.

Dumbbell and bodyweight moves are on the menu for this one.
