“Raise And Take Off” is the 7th installment and the first time hosting an event in the US.

This workout will be taking place at the famous and iconic Radio City Park, on top of the Rockefeller Center in the heart of New York City.

Raise LDN has teamed up with superstar trainer Meghan Hayden (@TakeOffWithMeg) to deliver the ultimate fitness experience.

The workout is for ALL fitness abilities and it will be a mix of functional strength work & cardio conditioning.
